A: Yes, you can download material and research from this site in the Learning Library, and we can provide additional material on a case-by-case basis. We refrain from sharing full presentations on this site due to the instructive nature of the content, but you can contact us directly to determine a solution to your educational needs.

A: No, we don't promote our products unless specifically asked to speak about our products. Our purpose is to serve as a resource to provide educational material and strategic support to our Dealer Customers. Our goal is to help the dealer community leverage the Internet for success in today's market.

A: We believe that the education from our workshops should not end with the participant. We have a variety of companion pieces and/or take-away materials available that we provide to workshop participants as appropriate. Our support materials may include:
  • A follow-along participant's guide
  • A preloaded flash drive containing the workshop presentation
  • Educational leave-behind materials
  • Access to the online Dealer Learning Center

A: Our programs can be delivered in a variety of formats. We are available for workshops, webinars, and local market and dealer business meetings. We can conduct our programs as part of a half-day or all-day session. Contact Us for more information. img
A: If you don't see a program of interest in our list of topics or if you have a specific program request, we can work with you to customize a current program or even develop new program material that will meet your needs.

A: The AutoTrader.com Dealer Learning team can provide training on our Dealer Solutions upon request.

A: For workshops, we can tailor a presentation to meet your needs, but in order to maximize the experience and education for participants, we recommend at least half-day sessions.

A: To maximize the attendees' experience and sharing of ideas, we prefer a workshop size of at least 10 participants in attendance. We will follow up one week in advance to confirm final attendance numbers in order to determine whether or not it would be beneficial to keep the date or to reschedule for attendance purposes.

A: No, the Dealer Learning team offers all of our educational programs and material at no added cost to you or workshop participants. We also cover all our own expenses, including travel and lodging.
